Terms of Use
Version of
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Ukrainian version of this document is the binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
These Terms set out the rules for using the Evolet platform and apply to every account — on the free plan and on the paid plans alike. By creating an account you agree to follow them.
1. Your account
Using the Platform requires an account. You can register with an email address and a password, or through a Google account.
One account is meant for one person. Sharing access with third parties — in particular to get around the limits of a plan — is not permitted.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us as soon as you can if you suspect unauthorised access.
The details you give when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. The teacher and student roles
The Platform distinguishes two roles: teacher and student. One person may hold both within a single account.
A connection between a teacher and a student is created only by the teacher's invitation and the student's acceptance. The teacher sees the student's data within that connection; the student sees their own lessons, tasks and progress.
A student may be connected to several teachers. Each teacher sees only the data relating to their own lessons with that student.
Ending a connection stops the teacher's access to the student's later activity.
3. Students who are minors
Where a student is below the age at which they can consent to the processing of personal data on their own, responsibility for obtaining the consent of a parent or other legal guardian rests with the teacher who invites that student.
The Provider does not verify students' ages and relies on the teacher acting in good faith.
4. Acceptable use
In using the Platform, you undertake not to do anything that:
- breaches the law of Ukraine or the rights of third parties;
- seeks unauthorised access to other people's data or accounts;
- places an excessive load on the service, including through automated requests;
- seeks to study, copy or reproduce the Platform's source code;
- involves distributing malicious software;
- involves posting abusive, discriminatory or unlawful material.
5. Your content
The teaching material, tasks, boards, files and notes you create or upload remain yours. We claim no intellectual property rights in your content.
You grant us a limited right to store, reproduce and display your content solely so that the service can work: showing material to you and your students, taking backups, and keeping a lesson in sync while it runs.
You confirm that you are entitled to use the material you upload and that it does not infringe the copyright or related rights of third parties.
File storage is capped by your plan. Once the cap is reached, uploading new files is unavailable until space is freed or the plan is changed.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Platform running without interruption, but we do not guarantee round-the-clock continuous availability. Planned maintenance and unforeseen failures are both possible.
We continue to develop the Platform: features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We give advance notice of significant changes where we can.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend access to an account where these Terms are breached, giving notice first, except where immediate suspension is needed to protect the Platform or third parties.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To have your account and the associated data deleted, send a request to evoleteducation@gmail.com.
After deletion, some data may be retained for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy — in particular payment records, which we are required by law to keep.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
Continuing to use the Platform after a new version takes effect means you accept it.
