Payment and Refunds

Version of

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Ukrainian version of this document is the binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

This document sets out how paying for an Evolet subscription works: how much is charged and in what currency, how automatic renewal works, what happens when a payment fails, and when money is refunded.

1. Plans and prices

The free plan runs with no time limit and needs no payment card. The paid plans lift the caps on active students and groups and increase file storage.

Paying yearly gives a 20% discount against twelve monthly payments.

Current plans, limits and prices
PlanStudentsMonthlyYearly
Free3FreeFree
Mid10$9$86.40
MaxUnlimited$15$144

2. Currency and exchange rate

Prices are quoted in US dollars; the actual charge is made in hryvnia. The hryvnia amount is calculated at the rate applying when the payment is taken and is shown on the payment page before you confirm.

Because rates move, the hryvnia amount may differ between periods while the dollar price stays the same.

3. Payment methods and security

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through the monobank payment provider (JSC Universal Bank).

Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page. We do not receive, see or store the card number, expiry date or CVV — all that is held on our side is the payment identifier and its amount.

4. Automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically: at the end of the paid period, the cost of the next period on the same plan and cycle is charged to the card on file.

Automatic renewal continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the subscription section of your workspace.

5. A failed payment

If a scheduled charge does not go through, the subscription does not end at once: a grace period of 3 days applies, during which access to paid features is kept and we retry the charge.

If payment is not made by the end of the grace period, the account moves to the free plan. No data is deleted, but features available only on a paid plan are limited until payment is made.

6. Cancelling a subscription

Cancellation is available in your workspace at any time and needs no contact with support.

After cancelling, no further charge is taken and access to paid features continues to the end of the period already paid for. Unused days in the current period are not refunded in part, except in the cases described below.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account and does not delete your data.

7. The 14-day right of withdrawal

Ukrainian consumer-protection law gives a right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days.

Access to the Platform is a digital service that begins to be supplied as soon as payment is made. Before paying, you separately confirm that you agree to the service starting immediately and that you understand the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once supply has begun. Without that confirmation the payment is not taken.

If you have paid for a subscription but have never used any paid feature, write to us — we will look at your request and refund you.

8. Changing plan

Moving up to a higher plan takes effect immediately: access widens from the moment of payment, and the new billing period starts from that same date.

Moving down to a lower plan takes effect from the start of the next period, so that access you have already paid for is not lost. Until then the current plan's features apply.

9. Going over the limits

If there are more active students or groups than the plan allows, the most recently added ones above the limit are temporarily locked. This affects only working access to them — the data stays where it is and nothing is deleted.

You choose who stays active, in the subscription section. The lock is lifted once space is freed or you move to a higher plan.

10. Refunds

We refund in the following cases:

  • a charge was taken in error or twice;
  • payment was made but access to the paid plan was not granted;
  • paid features were unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault;
  • a subscription was paid for but no paid feature was ever used.

We do not refund unused days of a paid period on a voluntary cancellation, nor where an account has been blocked for breaching the Terms of Use.

11. How to request a refund

Send a request to evoleteducation@gmail.com or use the Contact page. Give the email address of your account, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason for the request.

We consider requests within 5 working days and tell you the outcome by email.

Where a refund is granted, the money is returned by the same means it was paid — to the same payment card. How long it takes to arrive depends on the issuing bank and is usually between 3 and 30 banking days.

12. Proof of payment

After a successful payment, confirmation is sent to the email address of your account. Your payment history is available in the subscription section of your workspace.

13. Payment enquiries

The general terms on which the service is supplied are set out in the Public Offer Agreement.
